It all started in 1888, when the Orange Vale Colony broke ground on the dry foothills east of Sacramento. Gold Rush irrigation canals carved the land, citrus groves bloomed, and a community was born — proud, hardworking, and built to last.

Then came the great freeze of 1930, and the groves changed forever. But the town didn't. Orangevale kept growing, kept building, kept showing up.
